Harry Anthony Scholarship

Harry Anthony

The Harry Anthony Scholarship is to honor a man that was the heart and soul of Harley-Davidson of Xenia for almost 20 years. His dedication to constant learning made him the go to person at the dealership. Those that knew Harry, he was the backbone and glue that held us together for almost 20 years. Harry was the walking encyclopedia of Harley-Davidson® and motorsports, as he had a true love for both of them. You could walk into the dealership and just visit with Harry for one of his many stories, his vast wealth of knowledge or just a familiar friendly face and the ornery smile. Harry was the “Grand Fromage” or the “Big Cheese” for many of us, his fiery wit, hid his softer side most didn’t see, but you could watch him light up like a Christmas tree when speaking of his children and grandchildren.

We all have our memories and Harry’s memory is one that will be cherished forever as we all here miss him greatly.

Harley-Davidson of Xenia presents the Harry Anthony scholarship on the basis of comprehensive process. Areas that are reviewed by the committee include but are not limited to the following: Academic Accomplishments, Community Service, References, & Personal Essay.
